You start with a luxurious shampoo and scalp massage. Your stylist then looks at your hair and your goals and chooses the conditioning treatment. It is worked through and given time to do its job, then rinsed away.

Next comes the blow dry. Your stylist sections the hair and works with brushes and heat to build the shape you asked for, whether that is sleek and straight, soft and bouncy or full body. A final style and a quick conversation about home care finish the visit.

How do I keep the finish looking good at home?

How long a blowout lasts depends on your hair, the weather and how you sleep. A loose tie or a soft wrap at night helps preserve the shape, and a light touch with dry shampoo can stretch a style when you need it.
