  • Can I book online as a new client?

    For non color services like haircuts and blowouts, book online whenever you like. New color, highlight or balayage guests are asked to call (513) 229-8818 for their first appointment so we can match you with the best stylist, service and timing. After that first visit, your customized service and timing are set up and you can book online. New color appointments booked online will be cancelled if we cannot reach you by phone to confirm.

  • When should I book a consultation first?

    Schedule a free 15 minute consultation before booking if you want a significant change from your current color, want a vivid color, want a very short or pixie cut while your hair is past your ears, are donating hair to charity, have box dye on your hair, are booking a perm or smoothing treatment for the first time, or are a new client with thick, extra long or textured hair.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Please cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no shows are charged 50% of the listed starting price of the service.

  • How does pricing work?

    Prices on the Service Menu are starting points and vary by stylist level, hair length, density and the result you want. Color services are finished with a blowout or a haircut, and a toner or gloss, when needed, is priced separately. For a quote, book a free 15 minute consultation.

  • How do I pay?

    You are welcome to pay with cash, check or any credit card after your services are complete.
