Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Kim Harper Salon website and services. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to them.

Appointments and cancellations

A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no shows are charged 50% of the listed starting price of the service. Our full cancellation and refund terms are in our Refund Policy.

New client color appointments

If you are a new color, highlight or balayage client, please call us to book your first appointment so we can match you with the right stylist, service and timing. After that first visit we will have your customized service and timing set up and you can book online. New client color appointments booked online will be cancelled if we are unable to reach you by phone to confirm.

Pricing

Prices shown online are a starting point and may vary based on hair condition, texture, length, density and desired result. For a more accurate quote, schedule a free 15 minute consultation before your color appointment. Color services are paired with a blowout or a haircut, and a gloss or toner, when needed, is priced separately.

Children and guests

We welcome clients of all ages for hair services. To keep our space comfortable and safe, we ask that children who are not receiving a service do not accompany you unless they can sit quietly and independently for the whole visit, and that guests wait in our waiting area rather than at your styling station. Salon equipment and chemicals can be unsafe for unattended children.

Refusal of service

We may decline service for behavior that is unsafe or disrespectful toward our team or other guests.

Photos and content

All text, photos and designs on this website belong to Kim Harper Salon and may not be used without written permission. Photos taken at the salon with your consent may be used on our website and social media.

Liability

Please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities before your service. Kim Harper Salon is not liable for allergic reactions that were not disclosed, for results of services performed to industry standards, or for personal items lost or damaged at the salon.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
