Where is Kim Harper Salon located?
Our salon is at 5150 Socialville Foster Rd in Mason, Ohio, near Deerfield Town Center. We welcome guests from Loveland, Deerfield Township, West Chester, Montgomery, Liberty Township and the greater Cincinnati area.
Do you offer balayage?
Yes. Balayage is one of our most requested services. Our stylists specialize in soft, dimensional balayage and lived in blonde color designed to grow out naturally with minimal maintenance. See our Full Balayage page for what to expect.
How often should I refresh my balayage?
Most balayage clients visit every 10 to 16 weeks, depending on how light they want their hair and how quickly it grows. Between color services, many clients schedule a gloss or toner appointment to maintain brightness and shine. Your stylist will recommend a maintenance schedule for your hair and lifestyle.
Do you offer grey coverage?
Yes. Our stylists specialize in grey coverage and grey blending techniques that keep hair looking natural and dimensional, soft and modern rather than flat or overly dark. During your consultation, your stylist will help you choose the best approach. Start with Color / Grey Coverage.
How do I choose the right stylist?
Our Meet the Team page lets you learn about each stylist's specialties and experience. If you are unsure who to book with, our front desk team is happy to recommend a stylist based on your hair goals.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online or call the salon at (513) 229-8818. Online booking lets you choose your stylist, select your service and find a time that works. If you are new to color, highlights or balayage, please call for your first appointment or use our new client page so we can match you with the right stylist, service and timing.
What areas do your clients travel from?
Kim Harper Salon serves clients across the northeast Cincinnati suburbs, including Mason, Loveland, Deerfield Township, West Chester, Liberty Township and Montgomery, along with Cincinnati.
What products do you use?
Our salon uses professional hair color and products from Redken, Wella, Keune and Kevin Murphy. Your stylist can also recommend professional products to help you maintain your color between appointments.
What if I am not sure which service to book?
If you are unsure which service is best for your hair goals, we recommend a free 15 minute consultation. Your stylist will talk through your goals and recommend the best plan. Browse the Service Menu to see everything we offer.
What is your cancellation policy?
A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no shows are charged 50% of the listed starting price of the service.
Can I bring my child or a guest?
We love welcoming clients of all ages for hair services. To keep our space comfortable and safe, we ask that children who are not receiving services do not accompany you unless they can sit quietly for the whole visit, and that guests wait in our waiting area rather than at your styling station.
