Gift cards are non-refundable.
Before you book an appointment, there are a few important things you should know:
Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your outcome, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to ensure you’re happy with the end result, at no additional charge.
Cancellation policy: A credit card is required to hold your appointment time for all services. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancels or no shows will result in a charge to the credit card on file for 50% of the listed service starting price.
NEW client color appointments policy: New color / highlight / balayage clients, please call to book your first appointment so we can be sure to match you up with the best stylist, service and timing to meet your needs. After that first appointment, we will have your customized service and timing set up and you will be able to book online. NEW client color / highlight / balayage appointments booked online will be cancelled if we are unable to reach you to confirm by phone. Thank you for your cooperation as we work to optimize our stylists’ time and ensure we have the appropriate amount of time booked for you.
Pricing: Prices displayed online are a starting point and may vary depending on hair condition, texture, length and desired result. For a more accurate price quote, please schedule a free 15 minute consultation prior to booking a color appointment.
